This is what the car looked like when it was purchased - March 2004.

The engine ran fine, the body was excellent, but I hated the interior.  I figured this was a good car to start a project with.

I drove the car for a few months like this.  Slowly the 911SC has been transformed into the car it is now.

• The first owner purchased the car new from Beverly Hills Porsche in 1982.

• The second owner purchased it used from Beverly Hills Porsche, the same dealership (first owner traded it in), in 1995 with 85k miles on the car.

• I purchased the car on 3/21/04 with 105k miles on the car from the second owner in West Hollywood California.

Not much to look at.  It sat very high, obviously the standard USA 911 ride height.  The chrome on a couple of the rims was chipping off, the leather on the steering wheel was worn, and the seats were worn.

Included in the transaction was ever receipt since day 1 including the original window sticker... and the stack of receipts was over 1" thick.

Overall, it was a good condition 911SC.
