How about fresh 3.0L with PMO's, WebCams, and SSI's? Let the beatings begin! Out came the 105k mile 3.0L CIS engine and in went the new 3.0L PMO carbed, WebCam 20/21 cammed, SSI and M&K exhausted engine. A recurved and converted to full mechanical advance distributor was also added. The result: 200Hp to the rear wheels (see dyno below). Definitely faster than before. Most stock 911SC's make around 145Hp to the wheels. I figure the rebuild and the performance modifications added about 55Hp to the wheels. Not bad.
